Pumpkin Day

Today the Deans went to Half Moon Bay to check out the pumpkin patches. We visited a farm that grew pumpkins and sunflowers and raised lots of animals. Esther had a great time.

Esther checked out all the pumpkins, carefully deciding which one to take home.

But Dad said she had to carry it herself back to the car, so she settled on this one.

"Thank You, Lord, for my beautiful pumpkin."

Dad and his girls in the sunflower field. What a beautiful day and a beautiful place!

Ha! We did the same thing with Win. We pretended to let him pick out a pumpkin and then we just bought one of those 4 inch pumpkin-looking gourds. He throws it around the house like a baseball.
She is so cute!

Little creek Ranch looks like a beautiful place to spend the afternoon. I like Esther's choice of pumpkin and her thankful heart!
What a beautiful picture!
